Ginny and Andrew had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Hermitage Museum in Norfolk, Virginia, which is easily one of the most beautiful wedding venues in Hampton Roads! Ginny and Andrew envisioned classic, romantic floral designs, with lush bouquets and centerpieces filled with lots of beautiful blush, champagne and ivory blooms! For the flowers, we used eucalyptus with ranunculus, garden roses, spray roses and cafe au lait dahlias in the bouquets and centerpieces- I love how the bouquets and blush hand-dyed silk ribbon streamers paired effortlessly with the beautiful mauve-inspired bridesmaid dresses- definitely a favorite of 2017! The Hermitage Museum had the most beautiful string lighting set up outside, and Ginny, Andrew and all their guests danced away under the stars- it was magical! Their wedding day was photographed by Compo Photography who did such a wonderful job! Meghan and Zach had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, one of my favorite wedding venues in Hampton Roads! They were married on a rainy July day, but luckily with a great venue like the Botanical Gardens, their wedding ceremony was easily transferred indoors, and it was SO lovely! From the first time I talked with Meghan, I just knew we would be friends! She is a teacher, a puppy mom, and a lover of succulents, all some of my own favorite things too 🙂 She envisioned neutral flowers, in shades of white with varying types of greenery and succulents. We used flowers like garden roses, veronica, stock, and more to give the bouquets and arrangements a textured, whimsical look. I also tied off their bouquets in textured grey silk ribbon streamers, and Meghan’s bouquet was seriously one of my most favorite I’ve ever designed, and it smelled heavenly!! Their wedding day was photographed by Valerie Demo Photography, who did such a great job, and I also loved working alongside by good friend, Sterling, of Sterling Dawn Events, who planned their wedding day!! Check out the end of this post for the vendors who each played a part in Meghan and Zach’s wedding day- and enjoy! 🙂

Alyssa and Tyler were married on a perfect June day at the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk, Virginia! These two are the absolute sweetest, and I loved being able to work alongside them throughout the wedding planning process!! Alyssa and I actually met in high school chorus class, and I was SO honored when she reached out to me about her wedding! Tyler and Alyssa had a preppy, elegant wedding vision, with pops of navy, coral and gold as the focal colors, and I loved being able to utilize coral charm peonies- Alyssa’s favorite blooms, for their wedding!! I was so thrilled to be their wedding florist, and I got to play with lots of my favorite flowers: garden roses, peonies, ranunculus, eucalyptus greenery and more! Alyssa seriously looked like a princess in her gorgeous fluffy dress, and her Maya Couture gown was definitely a new favorite of mine!! Jessica Ryan Photography captured their day beautifully, and the Chrysler Museum of Art in Norfolk was the perfect backdrop for all their elegant and fun wedding day details! I just loved looking through all their gorgeous photos, and reminiscing about such a wonderful wedding day!! 🙂 Enjoy these magical photos, and give some love to the vendor team who brought their wedding to life, below!
