Stephanie and Tom had a sunshine-filled, joyous wedding day at a new venue to me- the Inn at Westwood Farm, near Charlottesville. It was the most charming bed and breakfast, nestled in the rolling hills of Virginia, and the property was absolutely lovely- perfect for an intimate outdoor wedding! The very first time I talked to Stephanie, she described her wedding as being southern-inspired, with a peach, light blue and white color palette, and I just loved working with her to bring her vision to life! Stephanie’s bouquet was full of the best springtime blooms, including garden roses, lilac, ranunculus, tweedia and more, paired with greenery, and it was the perfect compliment to her beautiful wedding day look! The ceremony focal point was our classic wooden arbor, with a natural floral arrangement on the top and cascading down to both sides, and it was filled with coordinating blooms, including delphinium and garden roses, with natural greenery like blackberry and honeysuckle vine, and more! The reception area was outside, with lovely industrial-style exposed farm tables, string lights and wooden planter boxes filled with blooms for an intimate and natural feel. Their wedding day was photographed by Corrin Jasinski Photography who did such a wonderful job, and scroll to the end of this post for a list of all the vendors who brought Stephanie and Tom’s wedding day to life- and enjoy! 🙂

Rachel and Mike had the perfect wedding day at one of my absolute favorite wedding venues, Early Mountain Vineyard, in Charlottesville. The very first time I talked to Rachel and Mike was over a Skype call, and I just immediately loved both of them and how down to earth and fun they both were! Throughout the planning process, I was able to meet Rachel’s sister and mom too, and we even got to meet up for coffee just to catch up!! I’m so happy that I was able to design their wedding flowers, and that we became frinds!! Early Mountain so beautiful in the fall, and Rachel and Mike had their ceremony outside and had the gorgeous Charlottesville mountain views as a backdrop to many of their lovely portraits!! Rachel envisioned white and green flowers, with pops of burgundy, and dusty blue, her accent color! The bridesmaids wore that beautiful dusty blue shade, which was such a lovely contrast to their white and burgundy bouquets, and Rachel’s bouquet was full of some of my favorite blooms, including ranunculus, peonies, garden roses, anemones and more! The ceremony focal point was a natural birchwood chuppah, with whimsical greenery designed on it and lovely fabric draping.

Taylor and Tyler had an absolutely beautiful wedding at the Lodge at Mount Ida in Charlottesville, Virginia, one of new my favorite wedding venues!! The weather in early September on their wedding day was absolutely perfect, with sunshine, a light breeze and gorgeous mountain views! Taylor envisioned neutral, organic floral designs, with greenery garlands draped down the long tables at Mount Ida, and we used eucalyptus with anemones, garden roses, ranunculus and dahlias in the bouquets and centerpieces to make her vision come to life. I love how the bouquets looked up against the beautiful blush bridesmaid dresses, and the gorgeous gold accents (even gold flatware!!) paired SO well with a champagne linen for the round tables!  The reception space at Mount Ida was absolutely perfect, filled with ethereal, neutral details, and even some fun pops of acylic, for the table numbers and escort cards! Their wedding day was photographed by Birds of a Feather Photography, who did such a wonderful job, and I also loved working alongside Hitched by Heather, who planned their entire wedding day!! Check out the end of this post for a list of all the vendors who brought Taylor and Tyler’s wedding day to life- and enjoy! 🙂
